This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (PI) when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, or other information (“Personal Information”). Your use of the Service also requires Opserv.io to collect real-time website data from your Google Analytics account. Opserv.io doesn’t collect everything in your analytics account, but only real-time data for the past 30 days. Opserv.io’s software developers do have access to our Opserv.io customer account data gathered for use of the Service, but not to your Google Analytics account.

We collect this information for the purposes of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, monitoring your analytics and notifying you of alerts, and generally improving our services.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services, such as Google Analytics, to collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you.

Confidentiality

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information (PII or analytics data) to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. The only exception to this statement is in a situation wherein Opserv.io is under acts under the obligation of a signed court order from a court with valid jurisdiction in the Unites States.

Revisions and Notices

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be at opserv.io/privacy. If the revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you via an e-mail to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
